Diet is the most important factor in staying healthy. You can’t “work out” or “run off” a bad diet. With that being said, my diet consists mostly of unprocessed foods. Some of my favorite foods are avocado, bananas, pineapple, all types of veggies, fish, Ezekiel bread, quinoa or brown rice, raw almond butter, and raw cashews.
I go to the gym 2-4 times a week depending on my schedule. I focus more on weight lifting than cardio because I find it keeps my body tighter. I like using the arm and weight machines at the gym. I’ll set the machines to a high weight and do 3 sets of 12 reps on each machine. Hope this helps!
